embracing coffee culture
In 2011, Sarvesh immersed himself in London's vibrant coffee scene, igniting his passion for the beverage. Intrigued by the idea of brewing his coffee, he delved into learning various brewing methods and machine functionalities.
2011
epiphany in the gulf
During a trip to the Gulf region, Sarvesh was captivated by the advanced coffee-making practices and technology. This experience inspired him to introduce high-tech coffee brewing concepts to India.
2016
innovation and development
Determined to revolutionize the Indian coffee experience, Sarvesh dedicated a year to research and development to design a semi-automatic coffee machine capable of delivering an authentic Italian-style espresso experience in every Indian household.
2018
expanding horizons
Taking his vision further, Sarvesh ventured into the realm of coffee bean sourcing and roasting. He sought out the finest coffee beans from top Indian regions, which were then meticulously roasted using Caffe Birraio’s inaugural 5kg Probat roaster to unlock their full flavor potential.
2020
creating experiences
We introduced cutting-edge technology in our lab, including India's first sample roaster, ROEST, and precision instruments like TDS measurers, density meters, and other tasting tools to elevate the quality of our coffee beans. Additionally, we expanded our capacity with the acquisition of our second roaster, a 12kg Probat.

The rise of coffee culture around the world and the coinciding lack of quality coffee in India gave birth to Caffé Birraio – India’s first brand that creates the finest espresso machines, coffee brewing equipment and roasted coffee beans.
Since our inception in 2017, Caffé Birraio’s mission has been to bring authentic Italian espresso coffee without compromising on taste by providing a user friendly machine.
